Join with others to experience the profound level of clarity, clearing, love and compassion that the powerful integrated breathing technique brings.
Incorporate breath work into your physical, emotional and spiritual well being "maintenance" practices.
Monthly group 'breathes' beginning Saturday February 27th and every fourth Saturday of the month thereafter.
90 minutes of teachings, 90 minutes of integrated breathing. Time for debriefing and sharing.
Refreshments provided. Bring yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
$75/session (normally $125 for private consultation). 10% discount if you pre-register 3 or more sessions (50% deposit required). Additional 10% early bird discount (register and pay by February 14). Open to barter, flexible payment plans and scholarships.
